@jawgey, Get the shares when the sun is still shinning! I'm still out but intend to "enter" soon.


I might just consider it. Am aware that they have been consistently declaring dividends to members. Maybe just maybe this is a good bet going long-term.

get out of here! so they are selling the shares at almost half the Nav? that's a dividend yeild I can live with. the info on number of shares I can now calculate, they had a half annual report without those details. ok. watching this one.
