@mweke - if cables can range around 10-12 that will be a good zone for my case. $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

I'd say KPLC, Cable then KenGen. I expect the rights issue to be a prolonged affair and unless priced wisely, will be unsatisfactory. Sehemu ndio nyumba
