A 12 year old, with child, who conceives a 3kg baby will have remarkably better labour (she has a maturer uterus and a larger pelvis) than a 9 year old. She will experience less trauma and blood loss than a 9 year old. She will heal sooner, have less post-pueperal complications, and be able to feed her child faster because she has mammary glands that are better developed.
I can say with certainty that if you posed a question to ladies whether they would choose to have a child at 12 years (with no penetrative sex) or have sex with a man 30 years older while they are only 9 years of age; their response would be unanimously the former.
