Due to ongoing concerns, a close friend is selling his huge Cyber Cafe in the CBD very cheaply. It measures 10mX6m- with over 70 desktops (HP,Dell etc) TFT screens are 17 inch. That's one big cyber, rent is 80k per month. It's classy with aircon, great security, convenient location and great furniture. Still has 5 years goodwill which is renewable. It's located near Jamia Mall.

1. You can buy the whole Cyber and continue running it or do whatever else pleases you. For example dismantle and sell all the comps and start another business. You will be buying all the comps, printers, furniture and goodwill. @ Sh 2.1M

2. Or buy the computers for reselling or using elsewhere, over 70 Desktops @ Ksh 9K each. (17 inch TFT no stand, mounted on wall, small form CPU- 40gb, 2.8, 512mb, keyboard, mouse)

I think it is no longer profitable to run a cybercafe in this era where everyone can access internet on their mobile

really?? Just visit the remaining cybers in town. After the flooding of cybers, the few that remained have lots of clients. But location is key. There are many things you can't do with your phone
