pole your money was used in 2013 erections.may he never know peace here and in hell. and the govt let its people down on this too.there were rigorous adverts on these fake investments on radio (kameme)and newspaper.no one at lands could warn investors,?

Not to mention the numerous adverts by the Servant of God Evangelist Lucy Wangujiri.
Since the Thuo Investment co closed their office the Evangelist has also stayed mum about the issue.
I hope she can tell us how she knows Mr Thuo and how she came to work with him.
The investors are also sons of God.

@maka, me thinks most Africans easily get bamboozled through the media. With google/internet, information on how to acquire property in Kenya is freely available, including phone numbers of people who will freely give the advisory info. In europe/usa, people trust professionals in various fields eg property valuers, conveyancing lawyers etc to give advisory info. I Kenya, people trust the media so most conmen simply advertise and wait for kenyans to bring their cash.

On point kabisa...we like cutting corners,find the easy way out to avoid paying for professional services,undercutting is also something we enjoy doing...if you enter into any transaction do it above board,follow the right procedures and when matters go wrong you will have a way to mitigate against it...why pay full price for a piece of land when you don't have the title???
