The AccessKenya group seem to have compulsory taken the remaining shareholders who did not agree to their terms of purchase in 2013. Now its 2014 but these monies have not been paid/deposited in the Holders accounts. Does that give us a green light to Sue AccessKenya group with Dimension Data who took over as respondents and force them to pay interests on the money they hold or force them to pay an amount as 2014 Dividend on our shares we still assume we hold?
Should CMA hold them liable for non-payment of the funds with immediate effect leading to loss of equity?

@mlennyma when we gave in, i remember the chest thumping. We knew we were being robbed but then again we took the money and invested it elsewhere! No need to fight battles you cannot win since you are not part of making the ground rules.
