Current Retail Selling Price used car

1. Has anyone come across the list of Current Retail Selling Price (CRSP) used by KRA in calc. duty for used vehicles?They have a template to calculate duty,but apparently it uses the (CRSP)

2. Why would 2 importers of separate 2003/2 Xtrails be charged different duty?

1. No.But was once told they simply enquire from the local main car agent eg toyota kenya .they udjust periodically like 3-4 mths.
2.retail price determined by cc, colour, month, other extras.meaning different duties.but only slightly if year /month factors fixed

Regarding (2) - could be that one agent is not up to date with the latest KRA prices? Also what @tokyo has mentioned - there's >3 modifications to the X-Trail - Classic, GT, SE so this could be a factor possibly as they are priced differently even by DT Dobie.

I wish there was a website where we could enter the details of a car and get this info instantly..... IT entreprenuers, where are you?
