The site has some great things going and I think you guys have kazanad. Pewa moja. For instance, I like the mouse over previews where you can see a brief summary of a post's content before you open it.

Problem is that sometimes, it is not how well you do things but how well you are perceived to have done them.

I agree with @Generali. Consider addressing some of the quickfixes raised and you will start to win back the goodwill. Remember the 80/20 rule. You will be surprised that you need to do very little for 'Kenyans' to be reassured that you are indeed responsive.

And dont wait too long. You know what they say about crisis management...what you do immediately after the 'crisis' is what determines whether you eventually pull through or not.

But I dont envy you. I can tell you for free that no matter what you do, you will not be able to please everyone. Change management aint easy.

the name wazua is a paradox( tunawaza halaful tunakuja kuwazua hapa...aiii sielewi).

however:
there is good tabulation of web content which is very good though hard to guess where to find your interest.

suggestions

reduce bright colours
reduce graphics
nelly data live feeds is a must!!!!

retain the name stockskenya ; if you must change then lets have something to do with hisa, wekezaji or at least something to show it deals with investors.

After reading all the exhaustive comments and critiques above, i believe that most issues are covered. My request now is to ask you to respond on the steps being taken so that we know if we are moving towards the goal or away from it.

What i liked about Sk was the order. Made it easy to switch between categories and browse the threads making "headlines" WITHOUT loading the page AGAIN.

Think you can fix that on wazua.co.ke?
