Centum makes Transcentury look bad. For some reason Centum is just that much better at executing and picking projects.

True! Going through the Centum HY update a few days after reading this www.businessdailyafrica..../-/12solmoz/-/index.html and you have to say Centum is doing the business while transcentury isn't.

•Carrefour plans entry into Kenya as it books space at Two Rivers project.
•The project is the brain child of the Nairobi Securities Exchange-listed investment firm Centum.
•The Two Rivers complex sits on a 100-acre property in the Runda/Gigiri area along Limuru Road.
Will this lead to sharp rise for the stock b4 FY and hoping the DIVIDEND drought will be over and earning comes with a script DVDD or bonuses

Centum spends too much time in the news. They need to stop broadcasting every little thing that they do and put their heads down to work. Annual and Half Year updates should be good enough otherwise they're overselling the company.

There are only two emotions in the stock market, fear and hope. The problem is, you hope when you should fear and fear when you should hope

Was keenly following the trade today,2 million shares moved in one block @ 41.75. There is massive supply at 42.Of note is there was not much foreign entry thus must be local deep pockets transacting. Lets see how it behaves once the huge supply at 42 is exhausted.I sense 45 printing in a few weeks

45 has printed...This thing is about to explode. Key reasons: Two rivers project is taking shape and the rea vipingo bid seems to tilt in Centums' favour as we wait for the legal process to take its course.

Chris Kirubi is well known for his bossy, extravagant nature, he's meant to float about everything especially if his ideas seem to be doing better than others.
