But don't blame yourself. At times it is very tempting to alight - and you alight too early. Or you might hold on too long and then the price heads south at a very high speed and you don't get to lock in the gains.
For long termers like me, it doesn't matter much but for
huge price fluctuations it's a big deal. For example, if the price were to go back to sub 50/=, I would wish I had sold off the lot at 150/= and bought back at sub 50/=. I end up with thrice the number of shares without adding a single cent!
Actually if you go through most threads at the moment, the biggest dilemma most people [including me] have is at what point to alight.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
