The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) prohibited sex with animals in many narrations:
The Prophet (pbuh) said: Cursed is he who goes in unto (has sex with in other words in Arabic) an animal.
The Prophet (pbuh) said: Allah cursed who goes unto (has sex) with an animal.
The Prophet (pbuh) said: If anyone has sexual intercourse with an animal, kill him and kill it along with him.
The Prophet (pbuh) said: Whoever you find doing as the people of Lot did (i.e. homosexuality), kill the one who does it and the one to whom it is done, and if you find anyone having sexual intercourse with animal, kill him and kill the animal.
