am in need of some advise if you may. There's an opportunity of setting up commercial shops along the busy Northern Bypass road opp. Runda [for the short term] and am thinking of 40ft containers approx. 10 units to start though from qoutes and receiving the prices are abit steep [sh.350k]. An alternative was to look at Prefabs, anyone who might know the prices for 10" X 10" sizes? Are they a better alternative? Cumulatively i require 60 shops.
I need to raise some seed money to put up a permanent commercial building, hence the project.
