Seeking advise on how to best to play equity market - NSE, RSE & USE

Greeting the great people of Wazua land!

Am in need of a trading advice. I’ve been with SBG securities since I entered equity markets. So far I can’t complain about them. The service has been okay nothing exceptional. I like their online trading portal though there some areas which are hazy and no concrete explanation from them have been satisfactory. Generally when in stock trading there some areas I needed some insights particularly from wazua veterans traders who have been in this game long enough…Mad respect to y’all

1. Is there a reliable stock broker out there that charges a fair/negotiated commission for frequent traders? The key word is frequent which doesn’t necessarily imply heavy trader. i.e less volumes but multiple sell/buy orders. I know CFC discount for investors with heavy portfolios I,e 10M above otherwise its 2.12% to the rest of the mortals.

2. How best to navigate EA stock play fields? I entered RW and UG through various IPO offerings. I offloaded some of the holdings, however I’d like to get back to these markets. Which broker has the best offering in terms of efficiency of order execution? Tracking and being able to view stock positions. .. Irrespective of manual processing of the 3 exchanges.

3. Tied to the above, how is TZ? Anything available to snap up there? How is umeme of UG?

4. Where/How can I get a daily comprehensive projection of future performance of various securities at NSE? Most brokers “Report” on day’s activity which is no different from a report done by most media and busiess bulletin. I’d love to get hold of periodical analysis of forecasted movement of given securities. As to whether that comes to realization, it’s a risk am willing to bear if I jump in/exit based on the recommendation.

So far I’ve been able to play the market with some substantial growth in my portfolio. Nothing really to gloat about but as the Chinese say a journey of a 1000 miles starts with a single step.

Happy Monday blues peeps!!

Invest not play... Works out much better ;-)

Commissions - They can be negotiated but with brokers that offer online trading I believe the commissions depend on the trade size as set out by the NSE. I am NOT sure if these can be adjusted downwards on an account by account basis but ask them including SBG.

@VituVingiSana. SBG only considers discounting on commission if the trade volume is equal/more than 10M. That's the info i got from one of the customer care rep at their call center. Would you know the offering of other brokers?
