Enyewe this volumes must leave any investor asking who is it and why exit.

Who is selling all these KK shares? It must be one of the 'top' shareholders related to biwott since no-one else has the ability to continuously sell-off these many shares.

Is biwott cashing out?
Are his heirs cashing out?
What do they know that we do not?

Ask also who's buying them could it be wealth changing hands on the counter with talks behind the counter?

Managing Director, David Ohana, quoted recently.

"While KenolKobil isn’t looking for a strategic partner, local and international investors have shown interest."
Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

Could a block buyer buy at a more agreeable price OTC? What I mean is someone who may need KK shares for future business seeking shares from a main shareholder to buy his/her shares at either a lower or higher price depending on their own bargain? For instance I want to buy 10M KK shares from one of the shareholder but instead of going to the market I make an offer to buy the 10M shares at afixed price of 15 Kes per share making the 10M shares being transfered to my name. The vice versa is also true depending on each stock and its market value.
Is this what companies are opting. Is a stock like Centum facing the same when Kirubi want to buy more shares from a main shareholder to amass more. What are the benefits and disadvantages of private exchange?

The one exiting is more in the know than the one entering Tuesdays volume 2,767,400.

This should help KK [& Total]

http://www.nation.co.ke/...2/-/bont9p/-/index.html

The decrease in the requirement to store fuel from 22 days to 15 days will reduce the need to tie up huge amounts of working capital. The savings translates into profits as interest costs are reduced.

As for the conversion of KPRL's tanks into additional storage allows OMCs to import larger quantities which offers benefits of scale.

The wording that local and foreign suitors are so much interested in KK (Kairitu Keega) may mean that its n option on the table and that Ohana and Segman are playing good games behind the scene and may in six months time say someone is knocking the Girls' bedroom window at night or disturbing her with SMS.
When all KK problems are resolved and they get the right number of staff whom they can easily handover to the suitor, the price will be fixed, daily deals closed by CMA and we will only hope it goes the REA VIPINGO way where some will claim they can pay more dowry.
The new price could be high such that the SHELL Company will not be in a position to say they be given priority to buy the company(KK) incase it was to be sold.
Lets keep accummulating.smile smile smile smile smile
