let it come we're waiting for it come@ 2.50-3.50 we get in for looooong term it'll pay well.

4.50 cleared. Up next 4.20 then 4. The heavy bids are clustered from 3.60 down.

@guru - will you bail or convert to long term hold?

Anyone thinking of buying more of a stock that you bought at 25/- and its now at 4/- needs prayers.Pray

Sold the shares on Tuesday at 5.25 due to gut feeling. Had bought at 5.80 Now I am celebrating. I wouldn't mind replacing double the number of shares at 2.75 in a weeks time

I agree with you completely. This all idea of averaging down is BS.

Boss, at a PER of 91 (this is the first time am seeing such a thing with my eyes), they really really have to work hard for the 3 wazua non-believers (i.e. @VVS, @Obiero and @dunkang) to believe.

Are you willing to pay 91/- to make 1/-? Its upto you to decide.

Our apologies we cannot sell to you since we did not buy them in the first place. Perhaps HAFR at 2/- makes more sense than at 12 or 8 or 6....

@deal thanks for CFC the insight,am alot richer. Whats your take on HomeAfrika? My uncle is a founder and has quite some experience in long term investing.Eg KCB(14yrs),Equity(since it listed),EABL(18yrs) I could go on and on. He tells me its the founders who are actually accumulating. HomeAfrika has AccessKenya written all over it. A number of projects lined up for completion in five years. He actully agrees with @guru.

Atleast things are not as bad as I expected. Thought the share would go to below 2 bob after the warning. Current price of 5.15/= is bearable and consoling.

Vol spike today at 6.71M shares trade with VWAP @5.20. This is adding to the 8M that has traded a few weeks back. For 2014 including today the vol churn is 98M which is 24% of the 405M share float. Quite some volume exchange taking place in the GEMS market...

Home Afrika wants to raise debt by issuing a bond.

Unlike Britam or HFCK, it will not be as easy for HAFR or as cheap as these other financially stable entities. Let's see how this goes.
