Buy a good company and
stay put as long as the fundamentals are right and the company doesn't become overpriced. Only sell if the fundamentals change or the company becomes grossly overpriced. Don't be swayed by the noise or short term price fluctuations. It is no rocket science!!!
Got into CFC in the 40's price range and I have never once felt like alighting. Wasiwasi sina mie!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
