...We all have a responsibilty to take care of ourselves as well as other people along our roads. Many accidents usually occur during this period. Lets avoid them. Two weeks ago I was booked while doing 120 Km/h along Mombasa road. Know that the speed limit along highways is 100 Km/h. Thats what the cops told me. Let's adhere to this and we shall avoid accidents and live. Enjoy...

@ Magigi..
there is a serious problem at hand!
A lot of people just got there first(fast) cars and have only driven(caused) into traffic Jams in the city.
The highway is another ball game altogether.
I spend quite sometime on Kenya roads every week and can tell you the danger is on the experienced motorist while trying to avoid the rookies.
Last year near xmas ,i was on the highway Naivasha- Nairobi on the 24th Dec...i counted over 5 accidents between Naivasha and Nairobi in that afternoon(majority rookies).
Drive safely guys and dont assume they have been on the highway before Pray

a good percent of accidents are caused in the backseat of a car...be careful.

@sasha
...you do over 100km/h and you either pay a bond of Ksh 5000 na reciept or Ksh 2,000 or thereabouts depending on your bargaining power bila receipt...
....You'd better not sort out that vibrating car because it will hinder you from going beyond 80 Km/h...
