I've come to realise that these are major shareholders restructuring their portfolio or exiting with the help of their buddies or investment banks.
Because you cant randomly supply 10 million shares and expect someone will buy them, it could take months. Probably they bet with each other how the results would turn out and the help each other restructure/exit for one and entry for the other.
It could also be a major-ish shareholder reducing stake or offloading completely and "KK" aka Plunge protection offering to buy those shares to reduce the blood on the streets.
