AP) - Police in East Texas have arrested a woman after she called them to complain about the quality of the marijuana she had purchased from a dealer. Lufkin police Sgt. David Casper said Monday that an officer went to the home of 37-year-old Evelyn Hamilton to hear her complaint that the dealer refused to return her money after she objected that the drug was substandard. Casper says she pulled the small amount of marijuana from her bra when the officer asked if she still had it. She was arrested Friday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Hamilton said Monday that she spent $40 on "seeds and residue." She says she called police when she got no satisfaction from the dealer's family. Link

I remember a certain stand-up by Katt Williams, where he complains that the weed keeps getting stronger, yet the dealers are not sending out notification memos or bulletins

The first was in high school when my dorm captain smoked shada. The guy was hiding under the bed. Than he ran to the sink and started drinking dirty water from the blocked sink bowl. After several theatrics, he told us he was not high and the joint he had smoked was nothing. I laugh up to this day. The other incident was taxi pal before he graduated from pulling mkokoteni in Kawangware. On this day, business was low so a fellow mkoko guy suggested they 'relax'. He went for weed which they smoked pole pole. Maajabu yalifuata. The guys were literally stoned, they all, six guys, sat in the mkoko facing different directions, not talking to one another, not moving, under hot sun from 10am to saa kumi. After narrating the incident, the guy said they had not smoked alot.
