@Sober thanks, the location is in a county headquarters, i have already confirmed that there are no good food places where people can get quality food and good ambiance



Food business in Nairobi and out of Nairobi are worlds apart.Pricing, tastes, perception, economic profile etc.

Eg.Outside Nairobi, eating kwa hoteli ni kutupa pesa.They eat at home they meet in a restaurant for soda or tea which they would rather in a food kiosk.Spending 300/= on a meal ni shida kubwa.


I agree with @Bigchick. However, you can try to create a niche where families can patronise on weekends especially on Sundays and try to attract the working class over lunch depending on the location
