Messi moved to Barcelona when he was around 12 years and with that move, his condition was contained. Years later he's the world's best and Fifa says such moves won't be allowed in the future?

How many Messi's will such a move kill?

Will such a ban allow for departures? If it doesn't, won't that be infringing on individual players?

If the Barca appeal won't succeed, then it would be a dark period for us. Summer transfer window 2015 would seem so far.

UEFAlona will prevail in their appeal!!!

Barca have already appealed that decision which means they'll be able to bring in players this summer. Their appeal to FIFA is likely to be heard before the end of April and if they then go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport those proceedings would not likely take place until August.....the transfer embargo would be suspended until the final decision.
