I had this discussion with colleagues around the time censuus results were released. They all said the census could have been correct but the problem is that

@Lolest, now that is the point - unmarriageable period. As a sociological problem of Third world countries that aped or adapted "Westernism" and the raising power of education to girls have distorted hitherto realities of marriage.
In an age where there are a significant number of females with economic "power" hitherto unbeknown to society, their choice of "Mr. Right" is wrought with challenges that are new to all, hence the illusion that the ratio is skewed to favour men.
