In Quran Sura Maidah chapter 5:32: If anyone kills any other human being (whether Muslim or non-Muslim), unless it is for murder or for spreading corruption in the land, it is as though he has killed the whole of humanity.

The message on this verse only applies to children of Israel and doesn't apply to muslims.The verse reads:

Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land -
it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly
come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors.

Most imams interpret this verse to mean believers(muslims) must not murder believers(fellow muslims).








Makaburi stated there is no democracy in Islam ,there is only sharia law.Can freedom and sharia mix?

What Guru267 and AlphaDoti, gave is only half of the story.What they did not tell you is these verses were later abrogated(nullified) by subsequent messages which came to the Prophet later in life .

The verses became:

But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, an seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every
stratagem (of war); but if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practise regular charity, then open the way for them: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most
Merciful. quran 9:35

Surely the number of months with Allah is twelve months in Allah's ordinance since the day when He created the heavens and the earth, of these four being sacred;
that is the right reckoning; therefore be not unjust to yourselves regarding them, and fight the polytheists all together as they fight you all together; and know that Allah is with those who guard Quran 9:36
