Our Pastor today began his sermon with 'The problem today is that there are very very many Christians, but very few Christians!'

There are many people who identify with Christianity but very few that live the Christian lifestyle.

CITAM assembly is introducing 'Safari'

Practicing Muslims will outnumber worshiping Christians by 2035. This was a report by British paper, research published 8th May 2008.

By 2035 there will be about 1.96 million active Muslims in Britain, compared with 1.63 million church-going Christians, according to calculations by Christian Research, a think-tank. Mark you, there were only 1.6 million Muslims living in Britain compared to 41 million Christians.

The think-tank warned that 4,000 churches would close by 2020 if congregations continue to shrink at current rates. The same report suggests that the number of active Hindus could outnumber Christians after 2050. They said regular Sunday, weekly attendance has fallen down. fewer and fewer people attend church every Sunday.

Hence experts have suggested Muslims are more likely to practice their faith: praying everyday.
Of course the Church of England moved to discredit the research.

IMPORTANT before anyone send back insults:
- Of course faith communities are not in competition.
- James 4:11-12 Do not speak evil against one another, brothers.
