Iko watu wana uchungu kweli. Kweli mumeambiwa mrudishe pesa? There is only one part of that ruling that you should listen to. The part where the CCK had no mandate to give out licenses. This reminds me of the other one of the land being sold to guys in South B by someone who had no mandate to sell it. So even corruption is digital. As to the issue of automatically giving a license to anybody, that is something that can be raised in a higher court. But not by CCK. Officially, they are non-existent unless they win at the higher court which is virtually impossible. That ruling was clear and concise. Good luck to jolini for taking care of the poor people like us. I wonder why the gov't was pushing those ones instead of cck seemingly in love with these foreign companies. Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. Signet KBC subsidiary = gov't controlled, which means the media houses still have to pay for their digital content to be aired. Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

Don't other Tv companies eg KBC, K24, Kiss, Family, EATV, Unjiri, Kass etc (and future companies) also deserve licenses? Why should the judiciary treat the 3 companies as more special than others? The 3 TV stations were the ones who had initiated the court case. If startimes license is cancelled, does it mean they will be off-air?

Appellate decision was on point. The media houses were already transmitting using analogue. Change of technology doesn't cancel their transmission license. Their analogue transmission licenses should have just simply been converted from analogue to digital.
