I have told you again and again that I don't support killing of any innocent people or civilians, whether Muslim or Christian or Hindu or atheist. It is wrong 1001x! I have told you that Makaburi is complaining of harassment by the forces with allegation of terrorism. He has been complaining from the time Abud Rogo was executed. I have also told you that there is no evidence that Abud Rogo recruited anybody to Al-shabaab. Only allegations based on a story done by the Mzungu on CNN, as was mentioned in his website http://www.intelligencebriefs.com. Abud Rogo was arrested and later released without charges because there were no concrete evidence. Then they went killed him a dogs infront of his wife. You want me to lie to you ans that is okay? It is very, very wrong. Why are these security forces targeting the Muslims for harassment, illegal arrests, detention and killing? Why is a government with laws and judiciary bypassing the normal rules of evidence? Why is the government adopting presumption of Guilt just on the basis of mere suspicion of involvement in terrorism? This is violation of the principle of non-discrimination and fair trial standards. Now, you want us to keep quiet? No Muslims are not going to keep quiet, they are no guilty just because they are Muslims. Now they want to kill Abud Rogo's teenage son. What does he know? They couldn't find anything on the father. If he is not innocent, then what is innocence in your language? But you celebrate. Because it is not your own son. Because it is not your daughter. In short, Makaburi and many other Muslims are saying why don't you arrest law breakers, take them to court and charge them of the said offense? Ok. So given what you have stated above do you concur with makaburi that the attack on westgate was justified ? Please yes or no. No.

As we speak, the whereabouts of Hemed Salim, arrested at Masjid Musa on Feb 2, is still missing "mysterously" But I can tell you that this shoot to kill order is illegal, it is against the constitution. Article 26 of our constitution guarantees every Kenyan a right to life. Article 29 guarantees freedom and security of every Kenya, including me and you, which the security forces have failed to provide. Police have failed in their job!!!

@alphadoti Good, you disagree with makaburi on the westgate issue you say the attack was not justified. makaburi also said that islam allows for revenge.. An eye for an eye. His version of an eye for an eye is this... Kdf attacks somalia.. Terrorists kill unarmed shoppers at westgate. what is your version or the islamic teaching on revenge... Is revenge allowed? If it is how is it executed?

The last time I checked, a gun is not a substitute for a spoon. It can't be used on the dinner table to serve soup for the children. So, if you are not licenced to carry a gun, you are not a member of the displined forces, and you are found carrying a gun, should we assume you were planning to use it as a hockey or golf stick? Come on. Common sense dictates that You are either planning to kill our jumbos or to kill fellow human beings. Why then should you be given an opportunity to complete your mission? In both cases,you deserve to go to where you belong. And that role of taking you there belongs to those authorised to carry the guns. Period. So if you agree to be used by a bigger force to carry a gun to go destroy lives, be it of our rhinos or of a one year boy, choices have consequences.

The kind of force that govt used against the terrorists who attacked westgate should be the same kind of force used against those terrorists who have been attacking churches in mombasa. It doesn't matter whether the terrorists are Muslims, Christians, Hindu or pagans. Terrorists and their associates whether at westgate or mombasa should be shot on sight and even bazookered.
