Why is a government with laws and judiciary bypassing the normal rules of evidence?

Why is the government adopting presumption of Guilt just on the basis of mere suspicion of involvement in terrorism? This is violation of the principle of non-discrimination and fair trial standards.

Now, you want us to keep quiet? No Muslims are not going to keep quiet, they are no guilty just because they are Muslims.

Now they want to kill Abud Rogo's teenage son. What does he know? They couldn't find anything on the father. If he is not innocent, then what is innocence in your language? But you celebrate. Because it is not your own son. Because it is not your daughter.

In short, Makaburi and many other Muslims are saying why don't you arrest law breakers, take them to court and charge them of the said offense?
