On agreement we will contact the owner through our U.K office to see the condition of the car, dent and mechanical. If its fully satisfactory we ship it for you and also do the clearance for you. Used a guy called DeSouza in Inda who specializes in VW’s. He’s very good with gearboxes. I bought the ATF myself from Impala.

I bought the usb thingy to at least diagnose what’s wrong with the car and have a rough idea on what needs to be done. For example, one time the engine light came on and at the same time I noticed the engine fans running at high speed. I plugged my laptop in and found it was a failed temperature sensor which I replaced myself (clip-on), then I reset the engine ecu. Total time taken to change the sensor after googling the error code and location, the specs, and buying it from Impala: ~4 minutes. The program I use is “Ross-Tech VCDS”. Note that this program won’t accept most China usb knockoffs.

I have never owned a car before, but i am considering buying one. Would the Polo make a good first car?
