I know its not yet Friday but this should be one for Friday.From personal experiences,how long should it take for one to go for a pine tree after giving birth?what is the ideal waiting period usiumize mzee sana aanye?

Anyway,if C-section,you should know that the Big O can also cause yourself a lot of damage to your uterus - esp if you get the kind that is like a tsunami - so c-section 4 weeks. If 'express counter - less than 5 items'...I'm sure he will not mind waiting for the counter to get a bit crowded first (tight) - say 2 weeks.

I aint an expert but i guess it depends on your body.....and you are the only one who can feel it. And of course both of you can try out if you feel healed ....gently!
