The tusks and naivas one is fine. Problem is the one hawked in jerrycans

I recently bought packed milk in my estate kiosk labelled "Daima"...the packaging was kinda oversize, the tea tasted and smelled as if someone had emptied a tab of water-tab in there...I'm afraid that day I must have drank hii kitu naitwo Formaldehyde!

Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall

The machine used for packing those miok in jwalas is never standard and the the pack size and quantity of miok is never the same, you want cheap you get cheap bro!!!!

So how does the pack size make the milk substandard?

You just complained of oversize yeah?......maybe ni lugha hatupatani!!!!

Just speak straight if you need to communicate, but if you want to yap around then maintain the status quo!

Sad hii kitu is highly toxic mblo and it is a suspected carcinogen. Oh, and by the way, formalin is a solution of formaldehyde in normal saline.

Another common milk contaminant/preservative encountered, this time in Nyeri town and surroundings, is Hydrogen Peroxide.
Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

Thank God I don't drink milk unless I am in shags where I can see the cow/goat being milked.

Daktari Hydrogen Peroxide is pretty fine to be used as a milk preservative, it decomposes into Water and Oxygen and is know to have very little effect on the constituent of milk, problems comes when fellows wanna use it without caring about the amount and concentration!!!!

Only Brookeside Diaries in Kenya does not use formalin to preserve milk. KCC uses formalin 100% they dont have cash to change the technology.

That is a scanderlous statement, all the official processors use Chinese machines for juala packaging and Tetra Pak machines for UHT (asceptic) packaging. Fresha and Molo milk (now brookside) already have chinese machines for asceptic jualas!!!!
