Run there as fast as you can if you are trader.
Sad The images on TV show one huge ball of fire engulfing the entire place which began from the around shauri moyo bridge and spread towards the market.

Do we have fire engines in Nbo Kidero?

Its behind Muthurwa primary, the fire engines had to hit a few looters as they were blocking the way.
Its all good.

@ wanadi, what's behind muthurwa primary? the fire engines or you meant gikomba market?

For the 'The middle claaas'-Gikomba is the largest second hand clothes market in Nbo's Eastlands.

OMG!,Sad can you imagine how many millions are going up in flames as we type and how many kenyan families will be rendered jobless as a result?
Very painful.

The sewer line runs along the river to the South-West side and it's under construction now.

The place which burnt down is the main mtumba market from the foot bridge all the way to the fresh produce and fish market.

There are plans to build a dual carriage there,90 days notice has already been issued.

Millions lost and until midday, the so called Nairobi leaders where nowhere to be seen. Manzi wa Nai & Kamukunji Mp on the way.

Iko shida!
