Kenyan police have arrested two men driving a vehicle packed with explosives in Mombasa. The target was unknown. For once, kudos CID, I.G. Kimaiyo and team.

Well done police. I am excited by the statement "...Yes we have arrested two suspects with IEDs and the explosives are two in number. We got the information after the suspects communicated with their colleagues in Somalia,” said Kitur.

Meaning surveillance is on. Interesting that the military was called insmile

"We" blame them if they don't act on intelligence and we still blame them when they act. Kenyans need to learn to give credit where it is due.

My guess is this was intelligence gathered from US or Israeli surveillance. They forwarded the info to ATPU who acted and they get to bask in the glory.
