A question to the wazua WOMEN...Does those charged emotions blind you from seing any reason or logic and clog your brains from making any logical decisions???? Mad woman!!! The terror on the little child's face is so prominent.... Supposing the woman who wanted the child to burn asked herself one question...what if the child is mine?? Would I let her burn??? The child cried for her life for a couple of minutes before she was rescued by good samaritans...I wonder what she will do when she becomes of age and has already learned and known who wanted her dead...Will she really forgive her??? There is another child elsewhere who will cry for her mother for the rest of his/her life...When she becomes of age and known who killed his/her mother, will she really forgive her?? Kenyan women are truelly going berserk and slowly drifting into savages... Looks like the jilted co-wife has created two more enemies: 1. The child she wanted to burn 2. The child whose mother she burnt If I was the first child I would not forgive the woman because her intention was to kill me leaving no evidence behind that I ever existed!!! If I was the second child, may be I would not forgive the woman because she took away the only thing that I needed most in my childhood and may be I would forgive her because she did not intend to kill my mother. @baratang Would you kill the woman?? @ Segemia Let us be realistic here. What makes the woman think that her children have more right to life and live than me?? Would it not be better also to make her feel what my own mother felt or would have felt if she (the criminal) would have succeeded in killing me?? If the scandalous law failed to either string her up or lock her in jail for good, I would kill her upon release or kill one of her child when she is still serving the sentence. TIT FOR TAT!!!

Some Kenyan women are truelly going berserk and slowly drifting into savages...
There, I fixed that. I really don't think the actions of one deranged woman should represent all Kenyan women, lets not generalize. That said, this is a heinous act which should have serious repercussions for the person involved.

The picture is crap. Would a 'terrified' baby be comfortably holding a mobile phone? She doesn't seem to have shoes on, wasn't the place still smouldering, or this is the next day?

Nice observation @gekko. How can the baby be running from burnt wall, no door behind her and she's not touched. I think the baby was told to stand there for a photo... and she's terrified and turning back towards the people taking the photo. And for the ladies, the co-wife should have been happy the husband is at least being responsible by taking up another wife instead of mpango wa kando. Ladies it's time to embrace polygamy as an option for those who may want to. You see with mistresses, the woman does not get a right. She is degraded, she is not honored. But when you have a second wife, the woman get equal rights. She has a honour. She has respect. I'm not saying having two wives is the best. But the permission should be given.

If indeed the picture is stage managed then that's a new low for this "journalists". “People will believe a big lie sooner than a little one, and if you repeat it frequently enough, people will sooner or later believe it.” ― Walter C.
