If ur maid get influenced by a neighbour and start misbehaving,

In misbehaving i mean start acting out,bringing boyfriends when u are not in,leaving ur kid unattended for hours as she is out with her boyfriend.

Can i give her a second chance having warned her severally?Mind you My wife has already made up her mind to sack her.

you can achive all things through Him(Jesus Christ)
'......to the acknowledgment of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; 3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.' Colossians 2:2-3

@Sela,
A second chance means a second neighbour or boyfriend.......FIRE!!!

@Selah

...how dare you give her another chance when your wife has already made up her mind? Those are areas we don't tread,lest we be accused of being beneficiaries.... Beware brother,beware...

@selah - be thankful her negligence has not cost you already (e.g. accident to the unattended child) - by considering a second chance,it really will be to allow a second chance for that eventually to happen....show her the door.

The problem with equality is that we desire that it be with those that have more than us rather that those that have less

@Selah,leave house girl matters to your wife...vetting,hiring,firing. Not unless u've some emotional strings with her (which you aren't telling us),prompting you to even talk about it in a blog.... hey! I know men who dont even speak to their housegirls and it works just fine.

I don't know. Therefore I ask.

@selah this's gross misconduct. The behaviour endangers your child and the family. There's no second chance to putting the young one at such risk.

And again as someone said,please leave such decisions to your wife. She's better placed in this territory.

so the maid leaves your kid unattended and you are still considering keeping her? strange that. but then maybe it all depends on what her major job description is.

@ Selah,that is your wife's territory. And that maid should have left your house a loooooong time ago. It is risky having her around.
Lord, thank you!

It appears that you have a 'thingy' for the maid and your wife has noticed that and hence 'she has already made up her mind'

Karzai....thats good advice to a brother....the man is NEVER supposed to supervise the maid at ANY capacity...he should self-declare himself incompetent and and make it known to his wife....

Consistency requires you to be as ignorant today as you were a year ago.
