A story is told of what happened when a man and his wife first saw their reflections on the mirror. The man turned sharply to the woman and said, 'And who is this man standing next to you?' And the woman retorted, 'don't think that I can't see you have a new woman'.
The confusion and anger, and the harsh words bandied even here in wazua arise out of the same mistake made by the couple above: everything we see is a reflection of ourselves, but we scarcely understand that we are surrounded by mirrors in multiple dimensions.
So the answer isn't asking others to be civil or fat or 'full of bread', but to know where the mirrors are and that all is reflection.
