My project was completed last month. In fact I moved in two weeks ago.
Like you I also went over budget kidogo. I also took slightly more than the one year I had estimated. But all ended well and I was able to avoid the bank, as several Wazuans had strongly advised.
I was quite shocked to realize that finishing is the most expensive, not to say frustrating, part of the whole project. Me and the fundi nearly quarreled over this.
But there is no gainsaying the great feeling once the project is done.
