Cant say for certain when the world will end. But, ask guys who were in Rwanda during the Genocide/Jews in Germany during WW2/Cictims of Kenya's PEV. They'll will tell you at that moment they felt like the world was coming to an end. When you are in the fast lane to good things and life the world seems like it will never end.
If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

@Guru and Alphadoti, there is no last days, you guys will die and leave others in this world screaming last days like you or committing sins that you are condemning here.

The last days is when you die, thats what should worry you, don't worry about the rest of the world, they will continue with their business as they are now

Laughing out loudly Am glad somebody actually has the common sense to figure out this ridiculous non existent gods, last days and other religious nonsense. Last days? Lol. Wow. Religious people are painfully gullible.......Maybe even stupid.

Wisdom is achieved when one unchains themselves from the shackles of religion and make believe gods. Again, i am proud to be an Atheist.

@ham last days aside, please address the issue in my post #1, if you may Sad

I'd be glad to. Answer is very simple my friend. What's damaging the world is human beings and their complexes about who the better religion is. Religion has caused the most harm and deaths to mankind than diseases and accidents combined. People are different. If people are clubbing and having gay sex, what does it matter to you? Have you heard about a little something called "minding your own business?" . You need to start embracing the live and let live adage. Mind your own business and let people do what they will. As long as what they are doing does not break the law, why do you care? Learn to mind your business and start caring about things that actually help humanity.

Instead of wasting your energy wondering what two consenting gay adult males are doing in the privacy of their bedrooms, perhaps your time might be better spent if you went to feed some hungry kids in the slums. You know, things that really matter at the end of the day. Tangible things that save lives. That's just an example, there are many many many other things that you can do instead of occupying your mind with people that are going clubbing to enjoy their hard earned money or people that are having alcoholic beverages which last time i checked, is legal under the constitution. Focus on stuff that helps humanity, and get out of people's personal business. Comprende? Learn to mind your own business. As long as somebody is not breaking the law, leave them the hell alone and mind your effing business. It's not rocket science, it's really simple.

The fairy tales in your bibles and qurans are really holding you people back. Emancipate yourselves from religion and non existent-gods and see how liberating and empowering that experience is.

What's your 'business' and will you still follow the law when it goes against your view on what being helpful to humanity is?

Can religion compare to capitalism and its new high priests?

@hamburglar gayism illegal right now in Kenya, and they are breaking the law. But you say they need to be given the rights, so can we let the kleptomania, those with a recurrent urge to steal, who may say there is this urge inside me I can't help it, I just want to take it and steal it. What if he argues this in a court of law and the judge says well it is okay God created you to be a kleptomaniac so go ahead, and we legalize it. Or a murderer who says I can't help it. This urge is coming to me and I just want to kill people. Of course I'm not equating murder to homosexuality but what if this person says I can't help it? Should we legalize it also?

I know you will say kleptomania and murder harms the victims. Don't you think homosexuality also harms others who don't want to see this being peddled? Can we let polygamist also have their rights? I know you'll say no because it is hurting the women. Don't you know there are those women who are willing to share?

Where do you stop?

Meanwhile, as I wait for @ham to respond to my post #44, there is another issue. A teen is suing her parents. The world where parents are operating on children's terms.
Quote:
... She’s demanding that parents pay her bills but she doesn’t want to live at home, and she’s saying, ‘I don’t want to live under your rules.’

For your information, every country has its own law as regards to underage limit.

For example some countries say that when a girl reaches the age of 18, they are considered adult (Kenya, India). Some say age of 16 (US). And there is state called Texas, where it's early. So in Texas alone, even if the child is age 14, he/she is considered adult.

Otherwise, you as a parent would be toiling until you go the grave feeding the brats Shame on you Shame on you

It's not funny when majority of the people worship Ancient manuscripts originally for Middle East communities.

It's both interesting and 'sad' that both theists and atheists are bent on doing away not just which other, but with secularism.

In the first place @AlphDoti is saying that he's against secularism because girls are walking naked and doing other immoral things, and that governments should now intervene in such matters, and do away with democracy and pluralism. It smells of al Shabaab or Taliban agenda, but now we are past such solutions, and in fact, that such calls are being made implies failed religions. Why? What hope is there in the world religions for Man? I see none whatsoever, even the Buddhist is burning himself in protest.

As for the atheists who believe there's something distinctive in taking care of children, I can only say that one doesn't have to be an atheist to take care of your children. You only need to be a donkey, a dog, or some other animal. But being human means something more. What is this thing? It's seed is not just in diversity, but communication in love. Communal reasoning, mutual relationships, and infinite power and wisdom.

Time has come to see the illusion of atheism.

I have been reading this and it seems no new ideas are being brought forth by both parties. Its the same old same old recycled rants not worth the bytes they occupy.

I have taken the liberty to acquaint you, Hamburglar and Alphdoti, with a one or two facts of history seeing that both of you are very ignorant. Very uninformed.

The failure of atheism is well recorded in the history of France.

Atheism's Reign of Terror - when the gulliotine 'never stopped working' and when it was 'too slow' mass shootings and drownings were daily occurrences - should greatly concern those who are oh-so miffed by detriment to humanity. Hamburglar. The loss of human resource in France alone during this time is a point in itself.

Atheism lost its chance to showcase to the world how 'better', 'liberating', 'empowering' 'emancipating' it can be. Because it never can be. This chance will never come again, ever.

The establishment of the 1st and the Ottoman Empire has its lessons too for those 'worried' about secularism. AlphDoti.

History is fascinating as I keep hinting. If we all knew it, even only bits and pieces of it, our conversations would be on a higher level than these mundane exchanges.
