If Rea Vipingo land (remote and dry....)is that expensive? what is the value of the Kakuzi land at Makuyu?
Someone should just buy KAKUZI out @500bob.

Though the question remains... Are you valuing it as a farm or potential housing?

As a farm, it is tough to make a consistent profit. As property for housing there may be value.
