Fella says he's directed that the participating operators be arrested and their vehicles impounded. Kimaiyo, I want to believe you... I really want to... but I can't.

Forget the laptops, Uhuruto. Forget even the railway. Hata LAPSET sitaki. Just clean up the police service, sort out the mess that is our public transport industry and reign in traffic indiscipline in general. Hiyo tu. Then you can go the Bahamas and come back for my vote in 2017. Nitawapa.

By solving these problems - you will easily have dealt a deadly blow to 2 of our most disabling problems - insecurity and corruption. Hata pesa ya reli hatutahitaji kuomba.

@Vallerie, what is elitist about this statement?

Since the guys are not interested in transporting passengers, let the matatus get off the road. Secondly, truth be told, most of these matatus are junks. Sasa ukweli ukisemwa it is elitist???

Lol, calm down y'all. What came out elitist to me, is assuming 'other Kenyans' all drive to work.
I'm in no way defending the jinga matatu owners/drivers.

So really what is elitist? If the baggers are on strike let them stay out of our roads, the few private citizens who drive will pick up some of the other citizens and this will result in a btter situation on the roads!!!!
