Forget that,sell a cash cow?...look when this dividend is paid i will have received around 120 shillings per share in total dividends which i always re-invest, i will have more than the initial investment back when i factor in capital gains in counters i have invested the dividends over the years. And then continue enjoying the substantial BAT dividends into the future......and i already do have Cfc in my holdings,all profit at any price more than 0 shillings.

I really envy you next time you spot a gem like this one piga firimbi @murchr...a bear market is your best friend in getting into these positions,these gems are still with us,take one who bought HFCK just late 2012 and held on,the dividend yield is already around 10%,.....with the projects HF are getting involved in and if the real estate sector continues being robust,that dividend yield may well spike to 20% in five years if one holds on...patience is key.

Learning the companies in the market and spending time learning it(getting roasted at times),will make an investor money in the long run.

I boarded HFCK back then when it was trading at 15, and i aint leaving. I wish i got into NIC when i spotted it but its never too late. I never hide while boarding buses, at least not on purpose. not that I love company so much but coz it helps me learn from my mistakes/triumphs coz ill be held accountable.
