Are these salaries gross or net?If its an actual BP that you need to give to investors, then you may want to increase these salaries due to the prudence concept.

If it is gross then they are on the lower side.If you factor in tax, nssf, nhif and other deductions the net amounts are very little.
The other factor you have to compare is whether it is an international or local companies and also the size of the organisation.

1.Receptionist:20-25K
2.Security guards:10K
3.Fitness trainer:It depends with the qualification and professionalism kama ni wa makongeni,bahati/land mawe -20-30K is okay.
4.Physiotherapist:You better have them as part time

The above figures are exclusive of employers NSSF contributions, leave days, medical among other benefits

If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

i agree with @swenani, fitness trainers with formal recognized qualifications will cost you, i have level 3 personal trainer qualifications from UK and when i am there i charge £20 per hour working with a group of 5 - 10 people, but if you opt for a trainer with no qualifications what you have quoted is adequate, for the physio hiyo pesa ni kidogo
