Woi boss you are comparing Kenya with Japan ? utapotea. Just look at the bins around town and people still drop stuff right next to the bin, or those guys travelling in mats,personals and buses some even throw out plastic bottles net even minding about the other travellers.

This is Kenya and we don't have the waste separation machine,thus we should ban them until we have the separation plants in place

Great move ..now needs to encourage cottage industry to start producing packaging material from locally available material ..bananas mirambas and mafefes ..spurring home shed industry and branding

Too much hype for nothing...they should first fill the gapping pot holes before thinkig plastic.
