Help me understand, How will the police detect?Will the police officers be checking the engine numbers and comparing them with the details in the microcheap?Who will be responsible for the database,KRA or Police?
This is mini scandal to mint money from motorists.Motorists have already paid for the number plates why make them pay again.
I think it's a good idea with good intentions. We have always cried about ugly number plates,now is the time to "pay" for the nice ones.
The security feature is another positive.
Its better to have another Radison Ray Hotel after some transformation than those of Moi days who just pocketed billions with nothing top show for.
All in all, we should be getting services from the government without any hotel, blu or otherwise, coming up.
