How about GoK buys the company and delist? That way GoK can do what ever they want without harming Wanjiku...it was even a mistake to list a strategic company like KenGen...That task force was not thinking.

This means there is lots of weakness on this Counter!

Right issue will go ahead. GoK will even convert a chunk of KenGen's debt into equity. Anchor shareholder being looked at. Dilution kimbao...

KENGEN is now on a free fall. The question is how low will it go?

8.50 likely to act as solid support (where the parabolic rally started).

I agree hang in there, remember the government will not pump in any money, but convert its debt into equity,if you can accumulate do so and keep some money to take up your rights,

a sensitive investor would never watch their share price decline because of avoidable circumstances. kengen is back to where I bought it from in jan 2012.that was a good rally. these gava chaps know what they are doing, just be one step ahead them to profit

You are not alone in this. I bought at 16, but I have now decided this will be my relic, not going to sell at 5 nor 20.

If nobody is interested with the share at this price, how will the rights issue work.
