Sad. Can they be identified and dealt with as is appropriate! In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Was watching Gor fans as they welcomed their team earlier on news and my attention was caught by this guy who had a black tee shirt written; "OJALUO NI GHARAMA". I almost fell from my seat. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.
