At a higher level, threats to national stability are both internal and external..at the basic level that argument is too simplistic with ATPU solely in existence for your mentioned concern.

Why is this so unsettling for some folks, kwani you don't trust this man, for heavens sake he is young, energetic, ambitious, has numbers and he is the deputy president, chida iko wapi when we contemplate his presidency?
