Kenya set for first free trade zone in Mombasa

Kenya have been hunting to have Free zones for long and hope these things create business than having none. It was rumoured the now Dubai Free zone was destined for Kenyan coast but our then leaders were a bit myopic and argued on tax other than revenue and wealth creation. Which Businesses will have an edge through these economic free zones?
