Try Thogotto and Kikuyu areas prices are not very high, but they are bound to very soon.

It depends where in thogoto. I recently saw a nice quarter for 1.2m near green garden senior school in gikambura

I agree with the Merchant Kikuyu town and the surrounding is untouchable right now. But Gikambura & Thogoto plots are in plenty and affordable even those touching tarmac(Thogoto-Mutarakwa rd) plus the area is very green.

if you have serious cash to you could search for plots in south c in an area named kuguru. but you will be up against the waria. but lately they are not as liquid as they once were.
anyone with useful leads in thogoto area code?
