The pastor's wife (and family) has forgiven him. The pastor has also thanked the media for bursting into the room at the 'right moment just before he started eating the fish' thus saving him from sin...

And if his family has forgiven him, that is great news. That is the most crucial.

Many of you will agree that if a dedicated teacher finds one of his students is falling behind it is alright to spend a little more time with him to help him catch up. This good pastor a good shepherd of his sheep heard the call of a lost sheep all the way in Karatina from his residence in Embu. She was struggling with her faith and needed some spiritual nourishment.....in private.

I can bet this pastor's church will grow. There is no such thing as bad publicity. He just needs to manage this situation effectively and he will be very popular. If Bill Clinton was to stand for presidency in the US again he would win with a landslide. That's just how this life is, it may not seem fair but that is just how it is.

Usipochimba chamba yako vizuri, utachimbiwa ndugu yangu.

Some thought I was joking. Amesamehewa na familia and now he will only march onto greater things. He is more popular and if Kenya Assemblies of God ejects him he will start his own church that will even be bigger.

The man who will continue to the laughing stock in Embu is that poor mechanic and his wife. Pastor amepita katikati yao. Sad but true.

Sad story.

But isn't it amazing how some people here in Wazua get all excited when people of faith, be it Christians or Muslims, do something wrong... But never show the same enthusiasm when they do something good?

Could it be 'Misery loving company'? or 'Kettle calling the pot black'? or 'Removing the speck, with a log in your eye'?

Ditto!

That daughter can make a very good wife, also considering the forgiving nature of her mum.

I listened to the "forgiveness session" on Kameme news and the wife and kids sounded like they were under duress to forgive.

It even bordered on arrogance......The wife said "As Mrs Maina I have to forgive him..blah blah blah........in any case maji yakimwagika.....

It does not matter what others think about you...us we love uou and have forgiven you."

For me its about saving his job.

Otherwise they should have let the situation run its full course.Time heals and yes he would have been forgiven in the long run but this one of now ni yakulazimishwa.
