Hi,

I want to construct a 150,000 litre water tank concrete and need info on BOQ for the materials required.

Also need contacts for who can construct this for me.

Any ideas. I think there was a thread about this sometime back but cant seem to track it.

unless limited by site conditions(size, shape, foundation xtics), i would recommend an open top cylindrical masonry tank for huge cost savings. the roof can be mabati or similar cheaper material.
pliz give more details on the use, site conditions & local materials available for better advice (and probably boq and design drawings)

I have a quarry so stones will not be an issue. Sand and kokoto also not an issue.

I want to construct it at the highest point on the farm. there is a well with water thats near the place and want to be pumping water from it to the tank then use gravity for irrigation.

or what did u mean by site conditions?
